A Personal Essay by [Your Name]

Eric Tripp was a legend in the Moncton music scene. He was the driving force behind some of the city's most iconic venues, including The Caveau and Plan B. He was also a talented musician in his own right, fronting the popular band Les Païens.

I first met Eric in the early 2000s, when I was a young music fan just starting to explore the local scene. He was always friendly and welcoming, and he was always happy to talk about music. I quickly became a regular at The Caveau, and I saw Les Païens play countless times.

Eric's influence on the Moncton music scene was profound. He helped to create a vibrant and supportive community for local musicians. He also helped to put Moncton on the map as a destination for live music.
